Note: This app does not offer public sign-up. Accounts are created by organization administrators and credentials are shared directly with authorized users via email. However, anyone can use the QR code scanning feature to verify certificates without an account.

Accounts are created by your organization's administrator. You will receive your login credentials (email and password) directly via email. There is no public sign-up or registration.
Yes! You can scan QR codes on compliance certificates to verify their authenticity without logging in. The Guest Scanner is available on the welcome screen.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?", enter your registered email, and follow the instructions sent to your email to set a new password.
Go to the Scanner tab (or use Guest Scanner before login), point your camera at the QR code on the certificate, and the app will automatically verify the certificate. You can also enter the barcode number manually.
Open the certificate from the Certificates tab, then tap the download icon. You can choose between a standard PDF or a secure (OCR-resistant) version.
The Inspections tab is only visible to users with Inspector, Manager, or Admin roles. Customer accounts can view certificates but cannot create inspections.
Yes, camera access is used solely for QR code/barcode scanning. No photos or videos are captured, stored, or transmitted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
In the app, go to Profile > Delete Account. You can also visit our Data Deletion Request page or email us at support@automechengineers.com.
