The AEIPL Portal does not offer public registration or sign-up. User accounts are created by organization administrators and credentials are shared directly with authorized personnel (inspectors, customers, managers) via email. The QR code certificate verification feature is available to all users without requiring any account or login.

Account Information (for provisioned users):

• Full name and email address (provided by your organization)
• User role (Inspector, Customer, Manager, or Admin)
• Company/organization name
• Authentication credentials (securely hashed passwords)

Inspection & Certificate Data:

• Equipment inspection records and results
• Compliance certificate details
• Equipment information (type, location, identification numbers)
• Site and customer details related to inspections
• Barcode/QR code data for certificate verification

Device & Usage Information:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version and session information
• Camera access (only when actively scanning QR codes)

Guest Users (no account required):

• No personal data is collected from users who only use the QR code scanning/verification feature without logging in.

• To authenticate and manage provisioned user accounts

• Within Your Organization: Data is shared among authorized users within the same organization based on their roles.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

7. Camera Permission

The app requests camera access solely for QR code/barcode scanning to verify compliance certificates. Camera data is processed in real-time on the device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required for compliance and regulatory purposes related to equipment inspection records. Inspection and certificate records may be retained as required by applicable Indian regulations governing equipment safety compliance.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Export your certificate data
