You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from the AEIPL Portal. This page explains the process and what data will be deleted.

About Account Management

The AEIPL Portal does not offer public sign-up. Accounts are provisioned by organization administrators and credentials are shared with authorized personnel via email. If you have been provided an account and wish to have it deleted, you can use any of the methods below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: From the App

  1. Open the AEIPL Portal app
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Under Account Actions, tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your request — this will open an email to our support team

Option 2: Via Email

Send an email to us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request":

Please include in your email:

  1. Your registered email address associated with the AEIPL Portal account
  2. Your full name as registered in the system
  3. Reason for deletion (optional)

Important: Certain data may be retained as required by Indian regulatory and compliance laws.

The following data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance:

Retained inspection/certificate records will be anonymized where possible, removing your personal identifiers while preserving the regulatory record.
